About Us
Lodging
Cedar Cove Cabin is an authentic log cabin with a view of the beach & freshwater swimming hole. The Cabin is one level and sleeps 4 with a comfortable queen size bed & pull out couch. The inside is also equipped with a small dining table & cozy wood burning stove. Outside has a private cooking & dining area.
Evergreen Holler is a pine bunkie with a loft, set off Pinecone path in our forest. While maintaining your privacy in our beautiful forest, it is just a 1 minute walk to the beach. It sleeps 4 with a comfortable queen size bed in the loft and a fold out couch on the lower level, along with a small dining table inside. The site also has a private outdoor cooking and dining area.
What we LOVE about Cedar & Bough
In the warmer months, soak up the sun as you relax & unwind on a beautiful soft sandy beach overlooking a freshwater swimming hole. Read a book by the babbling stream, enjoy a nature hike through our Broken Bough trail or build sand castles on the beach with the kids.
In the colder months, you can enjoy a pond skate, a game of shinny with family & friends or a snowmobile ride on the marked trails nearby (Sleds not provided). Try your hand at snow shoeing the trails or simply enjoy roasting s’mores around a bonfire.
Activities & Amenities
We strive to provide every guest with a 5 star off grid cabin experience. In each of our sites, you will find all of the necessary cooking supplies and dinner ware you need to whip up something delicious to eat!
We provide all bedding & extra blankets to keep you warm & cozy. Other useful items like towels & face cloths are also provided.
For the summer months we have paddle boards, water & beach toys and outdoor games available.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, our cabin guests receive a complimentary continental breakfast basket each morning!

At Cedar & Bough, your furry friends are always welcome at no cost! We know they'll love it as much (if not more) than you do!
We are dog lovers and we cater to our furry friends too! If you let us know you're bringing your pup, well make sure we stock the cabin with toys and treats to make this an enjoyable stay for these important family members.
Please leave your Alligators at home though, they may scare the deer away.

Cedar & Bough sits in a tranquil Country setting, that's true! But did you know that we are only 2 minutes from downtown Shelburne! A little village with a lot of charm!
Catch the game at one of our local restaurants or enjoy some ice cream & fresh baked treats from one of our local shops! Shelburne has something for everyone! With groceries, liquor stores and pharmacies around the corner, you are never too far to run in for something you forgot
The surrounding area is jam packed with adventures for all ages from conservation areas to an authentic speak easy for a night on the town, you're sure to find entertainment if you venture off the property.
